Abstract

This research study analyses the Directive (EU) 2018/957 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 June 2018 amending Directive 96/71/EC concerning the posting of workers in the framework of the provisión of services and the Proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a European Labour Authority of 13 March 2018, both texts in full link with the free movement of workers, the freedom of establishment and the free provision of services as fundamental services of the European Union. Regulations that have a essential objective: to ensure the equality of working conditions for all the European companies and the respect of all the rights of the workers.
