Diseño de indicadores de pobreza subjetiva para la inclusión étnica de la comunidad inga del Resguardo Aponte-Nariño

Résumé

Esta investigación presenta una propuesta de indicadores de pobreza subjetiva para orientar los procesos de formulación de políticas públicas. Vinculados a los fenómenos de población y desarrollo alternativo desde un enfoque étnico. Reconociendo viejos temas y asumiendo nuevos desafíos. Es la respuesta a la necesidad de identificar y comprender la visión sistemática de la pobreza, especialmente la pobreza extrema que afecta a la mayoría de los pueblos indígenas que habitan el territorio colombiano. Teniendo en cuenta los sentires, los conocimientos, las tradiciones ancestrales y la cosmovisión del pueblo Inga del Resguardo de Aponte Nariño. Por lo tanto. Se requiere conocer esa percepción subjetiva de la pobreza, condicionada por la calidad de vida, el bienestar social y el buen vivir, para establecer mecanismos que permitan satisfacer las necesidades de estas comunidades. This research presents a proposal of indicators of subjective poverty to orient the process of formulation of public policies.
