Abstract

The International Labour Organization defines the dignified or decent work −that in case of breach is intimately linked to the informal work− as such productive work developed in conditions or under the fundamental principles of freedom, equality, security and dignity, being necessary a protective framework who allows that the rights of employees are effectively protected.
