Abstract

The protection of heritage, its guardianship, is one of the most essential duties of any civilized human society that understands that its past is a fundamental part of its future, and that the present cannot be understood and interpreted without heritage knowledge. It is also evident that this historical, artistic and monumental heritage must be conceived as an integral part of the public treasure of each country, for which, without a doubt, the competent bodies of the different States are responsible, but also the citizens, which must understand their commitment. with his nation, with his ancestors and with his descendants, therefore the legacy that we can leave is an inherent part of our responsibility.
