Doctor by the Universitat de les Illes Balears with the thesis In vivo metabolic regulation of plant respiration under salt and nutrient stress. Interaction with mycorrhiza 2017. Supervised by Dr. Jaume Flexas Sans, Dr. Miquel Ribas Carbó.

I am a plant physiologist with interest on the regulation of plant primary metabolism under plant symbioses with soil microorganisms, and under different environmental stresses, in crop and model plant species. Since 2023, I am accredited as Associated Professor by ANECA, and I have a Certificate of established researcher (Category R3) by AEI.
