Conceptualización de áreas de conocimiento en economía y empresa: una metodología de revisión de síntesis integradora basada en redes bi-relacionales de citas bibliográficas

Abstract

To advance scientific knowledge the researcher faces a volume of information that grows exponentially in volume and complexity. Synthesis Reviews, with its critical approach, are essential tools for this purpose and a way of Conceptualization, though, there are too rigid or there are only applicable in the quantitative field or too lax. In its execution, the researcher aims to incorporate the latest documents and at the same time the relevant ones but this last concept is based on metrics or models that require time and thus contradicting. In order to occupy this space with a replicable, objective and transparent methodology, an integrative review is developed using a hybrid technique, starting from a lexicographical seed poses a semantic Bi-relational network of bibliometric citations. The central contribution of the methodology consists on the reconciliation of time and relevance. Furthermore, it provides a Conceptualization of the Advancement of Science building three fronts: Origin, Destination and Intermediary. Finally, based on these elements and coordinating Miicro, Meso and Macro levels in a strategic map, it defines a reading heuristic, answering the questions of what to read and in what order
