Abstract

Identifying the weakness of a university degree and characterizing its good practices is the purpose of the monitoring of official carriers of degree and master. Getting to know about what are this weakness and strengths from the perspective of the managers, constitute the aim of the descriptive –exploratory study that it is presented and in which it is found the information of the managers of different Spanish universities. The implementation of the formative activities, the didactic guides and the coordination between subjects are the strengths of the carriers in opinion of their managers. Income profile of students is the weakness more recurrent. The aspects more important for the managers interviewed are the coordination between subjects, the satisfaction of students with the carrier and the compliance of the activities. The good practices described in this study are good and useful examples about how to do for the monitoring and improve of our universities carriers.
