Résumé

Health is a staple in our lives. With it we can live and feel each new day. Moreover, communication is the basis of social relations. This event allows us to share any information with others. In the health context, the lack of communication skills in health care represents one of the great struggles and demands made by patients. To study this situation, we have developed a research that aims to provide a better understanding of the reality of interpersonal and communicative relationships between health and patients of Servicio Extremeño de Salud, taking into account intrinsic personal characteristics of health (emotional state, psychological well-being and "burnout) that may impact and affect that relationship. The sample analyzed was a total of 1.418 subjects of which are 760 and 658 are patient health. Among the results, note that consider health communication skills and possess a very appropriate psychological well being and not suffer "burnout" in his job and that, on the contrary, they feel very accomplished in their professional work, for Meanwhile, patients do not perceive their communication with medical personnel is appropriate, appreciating the psychological well-being of health directly affects the communication between them, but understand that the "burnout" of health affect their ability to communicate. The main contribution of this study focuses on the incoherence between the patient's perspective and health.
