The data collection was carried out through systematic observation. The principal statistical analysis was the multinominal logistic regression. Given the importance of the actions of reception and set in volleyball, this research provides information relevant to the training process, by showing the variables that affect said game actions. Together with this, the realization of studies in different game categories allows to establish performance profiles in each of the game categories studied.
