Résumé

If we observe the many relationships and situations emerging educational nature in everyday life patterns and relationships that warn us to think in the act of education in terms of complex activity, with multiple conditions and forms of be. That is why, for teacher performance be necessary to clarify the terms and conditions under which relationships develop educational emphasis on their ethical perspective. An educational relationship is not the result of a simple interaction, communication or influence but requires certain elements that become "something valuable" really educational. Implies highlight the importance of bonding that can occur from many sides: from love to hostility. Manifested through verbal messages, gestures and even by some forms of silence. The educational relationship has gone through various stages related to historical reasons and thinking led to different practices: traditional education processes (vertical between teacher and student) of "educational renewal" (the concept of Integral Education), development of the affective component (half of the twentieth century, under the assumptions of Maslow and Rogers among others) of developing the concept of emotional intelligence and humanistic perspectives or axiological (nineties). In this paper will delve into the complexity of multiple forms of educational relationship that occur in learning contexts, will also focus on those that have proved most effective.
