Abstract
Crepis pygmaea L. is not present in the SE of the Iberian Peninsula. A new combination is proposed for the taxon living in that area: Crepis granatensis (Willk.) Blanca & Cueto. The chromosome number, palynology, distribution and ecology of this species are studied.
