Resumo
Within a sporting spectacle, the image of the athlete is one of most precious and most subject to diversity of covenants property. For this reason, when the figure of the minor, is absolutely necessary a clear and exhaustive regulation that avoid misinterpretation and abuse, where the young player has a meaning high but under public protection, itself, and the various elements that surround him (clubs, federations, parents, agents, partners and public authorities). It is our intention to bring light to these relationships, as well as some solutions of lege ferenda.
