Frustration can be mitigated if there has been previous experiences with similar low levels of reinforcement. SNC has demonstrated to be a very complex model. From the first to the second postshift day, the behavioral response has been attenuated. From the physiological evaluation carried out, the response recorded tends to remain over the days. That physiological response is maintained on the second postshift day, 300 minutes after the devaluation of the enhancer. Frustration involves processes such as memory, learning and anxiety. The reduction of frustration in post-shift 1 and 2 through a single administration of Sig1R agonist drugs supports this hypothesis. However the effects of the Sig1R antagonist drugs are controversial.
