Resumo

Background: In the context of the EEES, a multidisciplinary group of professors from the Faculty of Pharmacy, with the support of teachers of Evolutionary Psychology department of education launched in the 2010-2011 academic year tutoring initiative of students of Pharmacy, Science and Technology and Human Nutrition and Dietetics aims to improve and facilitate the first steps of university student job search. Creating a relationship between university education and future career of students from Grade and establishing initial orientation training in job search strategies. Methods: Training and development of competitive Teaching Innovation Projects (TIP) grant were presented to specific University programs applications enabled in courses 2011-2012, 2012-2013, and 2013-2014. Results: The grants have enabled the TIP execution main objectives: 1) organizing career journeys, 2) training for employment information offered by the university, 3) learning workshops for the acquisition of skills and abilities focused on job search, 4) creating and maintaining their own website and 5) organizing visits and business forums. The execution of activities and assessment has been very positive.
