Zusammenfassung

In this research, two public policies implemented in Andalusia are faced, LEADER approach and, on the other hand, the Agrarian Unemployment Subsidy, focusing the study on the territorial repercussions during the years 2007‐2013 of both of them. For this purpose are analized the municipal distribution of LEADER investments and the number of beneficiaries of the mentioned agrarian unemployment grants. Results show that LEADER approach has favored the distribution of its funds to the rural areas of high number of inhabitants, spatial centrality and economically more dynamic territories, compared to those that are small and peripheral, favoring in this way migration dynamics from marginal places. On the other hand, the Agrarian Unemployment Subsidy has benefited the settlement of population as well as the survival of an adequate settlement structure in the andalusian country. Its role is very important in the small rural municipalities as it is proven the high relative number of its perceivers according to the total of inhabitants. The same can be said in the case of women, having these the máximum number of beneficiaries, and providing them, beyond the law, almost never recognized, the contribution of their work as agricultural employed, the via to obtain their own pension after retirement.
