Abstract
The author deals with the new rules on international jurisdiction included in the Brussel I Regulation. This contribution contents an analysis of the general problems raised and a critical approach to the specific reforms in the fields of exclusive jurisdiction, choice of forum, contracts, torts, and in relation to each rule of the Brussel Convention modified by the Brussel I Regulation
