Abstract
This article shows relevant information about the professional profile of teachers and directors of ocupational and technical colleges, working for the Job and Technological Development Department of Junta de Andalucía. A general vision of the qualifications and professional competence they have is depicted. This depiction may be of valuable use for those who aim at working in this field.
