In fact, the reputation of these famous vineyards conceals very uneven evolutions. Other, smal, vineyards, turned towards quality grow and build up. This evolution is similar to a certain standardization of the regional production with progressive decreasing of which made his originality -the production of wines like the Jerez- and the emergence of other vintage wines like in other regions of the country.
