Abstract
The knowledge of impact of fibromyalgia on Occupational performance and competence perception has been the principal aim of this study. It has been studied more deeply factors like the performance in different activities of daily living, quality of live, cognitive performance and affective impact. The design was cuasiexperimental comparing women between 20 to 60 years old with diagnosis of fibromyalgia with women without any pathology. The results show a great repercussion on occupational dimension, health perception and affective variables.
