Influencia del nivel de aprendizaje en la innovación y desempeño organizativofactores impulsores del aprendizaje

Résumé

En este trabajo se analiza cómo diferentes niveles de aprendizaje influyen en la innovación y en el desempeño organizativo. Estos niveles de aprendizaje son fomentados por la existencia de factores estratégicos �dominio personal, visión compartida, proactividad estratégica y liderazgo transformacional�. Las hipótesis de partida se contrastaron utilizando una muestra de 239 empresas españolas. Los resultados confirman: 1) que el dominio personal, la visión compartida, la proactividad estratégica y el liderazgo transformacional tienen un impacto positivo y significativo en el aprendizaje organizativo, y más específicamente en el aprendizaje de mayor nivel; y 2) que ambos niveles de aprendizaje tienen un impacto positivo y significativo en la innovación y el desempeño organizativo, siendo esta influencia mayor cuanto mayor es el nivel de aprendizaje que existe en la organización
