Abstract
The search for quality in teaching requires special and constant attention from teacher educators. This article is related to a case study of the knowledge and skill that teacher educators put into practice. The paper�s content is centered on a description of the knowledge and didactics of a teacher educator in Spanish language and literature, in relation to lesson planning and the discovery of skills.
