Resumen
Este artículo presenta una revisión de la literatura que parte de la premisa de que el liderazgo contribuye a la creación de una �cultura inclusiva� en la escuela, pero para ello, éste debe ser democrático y estar comprometido con los valores inclusivos. También analiza las tareas desempeñadas por la dirección en un centro inclusivo y la formación que debería recibir el líder para abordarlas con éxito. Por último, hacemos una aproximación a la forma en la que se puede evaluar el grado en que el líder posee las condiciones necesarias para ser una dirección inclusiva.
