Abstract
The purpose of this article is spreading a document elaborated by the authors within the Art History Section of the Ilustre Colegio Oficial de Doctores y Licenciados en Filosofía y Letras y en Ciencias de Granada, Jaén y Almería (SEPHA), which fundamental aim is demanding to the cultural properties administration in Andalucía a legal and administrative regulation of the Art Historians professional activity in the Preservation of the Historical Heritage field, which ought to be able to finish with the thoughtlessness and lack of recognition of our discipline that result in unacceptable and general professional intrusions.
