Abstract

This paper is the lecture given by the author on the celebration of San Raimundo de Peñafort, at the Law Faculty of the University of Granada, January the 23th, 2015. Using the classic concept of «paideia», professor Sánchez Lorenzo encourage to overcome the actual crisis of the University, recovering a rebel spirit that puts human liberty at center of the education.
