Resumen

El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la relación existente entre la empresa como sistema y su entorno a través de la capacidad dinámica de la innovación. La innovación impulsa la obtención de un equilibrio entre ambos conceptos complejos. Esta capacidad permite a las empresas adaptarse a los nuevos requisitos de los clientes y a las nuevas oportunidades del mercado, creando nuevos procesos y productos, y respondiendo a las condiciones cambiantes del entorno, diseñando e implementando modelos de negocio viables
