Abstract

It has been known for many years that the pathologica/ grading of head and neck cancers possesses prognostic value. A review is made emphasizing the importance of malignancy grading as a prognostic factor in such. tumors. In this sense, Glanz's system seems to be the most simple, reliable and rapid grading option, with the greatest predictive value.
