Resumen

Pay conditions are a key element in the proper functioning and achievement of objectives in most business units and public administrations in which there is intensive use of human resources is therefore a correct remuneration policy encourages the employee and encourages their job performance. This paper presents the results of an empirical study based on the completion of 471 surveys conducted among employees of the Tax Agency's delegation in Andalusia, where shows the general dissatisfaction with the practices shown remuneration applied in regard to the distribution of performance incentives and wage differences by groups, among other factors. No doubt this perception of the employees of the Agency in Andalusia has a negative impact on the achievement of the purposes of the Tax Agency.
