Résumé

This paper reflects on the ability of European Law to arrange social matters. To reach this problem, the author distinguishes three crisis: monetary, migratory and the rule of law. The first two underline the weakness of solidarity as law principle. The third one the capacity of the Union to guarantee the essential values of Constitutional law.
