Zusammenfassung

In this paper it has been done an analysis of knowledge and learning current society, where we are implied and an analysis of opportunities/needs that it supposes for nowadays managers. Likewise, we examine the role of social networks in this field, as they affect the development of some dynamic capacities, especially the capacity of organizational learning, since they are sources of information, knowledge and important references. For that reason, we deepen on the benefits and risks of these networks and their relationship and contribution with the generation of learning in the organizations.
