This paper aims to deepen the analysis of educational processes and re-education of young people in prison (18-25 years), orienting them to the inclusion and social reintegration. To this question, the research data in a Penitentiary are analyzed, in a sample of 60 young people (men and women), which was applied questionnaires and interviews, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results show that , despite being a minority group in prison, there is a greater presence of women compared to the general population in other age groups; it gives a high degree of participation in training programs and various potential are observed and emerge the multiple risk and gaps in the social educational intervention
