Resumen

Este artículo contribuye a la investigación sobre los sistemas de memoria transactiva (TMS) mediante el análisis de la relación entre la confianza, la mente colectiva (CM) y los lazos de red (NT) como antecedentes de desempeño en la investigación universitaria innovadora (IUR), y el papel mediador del TMS. en estas relaciones. El modelo conceptual basado en siete hipótesis se prueba mediante el modelado de ecuaciones estructurales. Los datos analizados proceden de 257 directores de grupos de investigación de universidades españolas. Los resultados muestran que TRUST, CM y NT están relacionados positivamente con el TMS y que el TMS está relacionado positivamente con IUR. El resultado más sorprendente es que el TMS media las relaciones de CONFIANZA, CM y NT con IUR, convirtiéndose en una condición necesaria para que CONFIANZA, CM y NT mejoren la IUR.
