Résumé
In oral surgery, antimicrobial surgery has been demonstrated to be effective in preventing postoperative surgical wound infection. However, surveys suggest that fundamental principles are often ignored, and antibiotics are initiated at an anappropriate time and are continued beyoond the time required to be influential on reduction of infection rates. This review shows the bases of the prophylaxis and gives a simple way about her wright administration.
