Résumé

The lidar technique (LIght Detection And Ranging) is a useful tool to monitor the atmosphere with a high spatial and temporal resolution. All experimental devices must be calibrated to obtain trustworthy measurements. However, an absolute calibration is not possible in lidar measurements because of the complexity of the lidar system itself. Within the “Quality Assurance” activity of EARLINET (European Aerosol Research Lidar Network), an analysis and characterization of the optical subsystem for a multichannel Raman lidar at the EARLINET Granada station by means of several tools has been performed.
