Résumé

Objective: The objective of this review was to collect the interventions of education used it to teach of inhaler technique and to watch which had better results. Methods: This systematic review was made between October and December of 2016. We included randomized clinical studies published between 2006 and 2016 in English and Spanish where the efficacy of interventions was evaluated to improve the inhalation technique in patients with asthma o COPD. The search was done in date based: Pubmed, ScienceDirect and Google Scholar. We found 253 articles, only 10 were included. Results: The most common errors in the technique were exhalation prior to inhaler use and maintenance of apnea for 5-10 seconds after inhalation. In addition the control of asthma, exacerbations, quality of life improve, especially before the use of technology during the learning technique. Conclusions: The intervention of education about the use of inhalers both traditionally and using new technologies produces improvements in asthma in adults and children, although in future studies it would be interesting to include in the intervention a ventilator re-education.
