Abstract
The purpose of the work presented is to give an account of the state of the art in some of the main issues that the execution of sentences, pecuniary and non-pecuniary, presents twenty years after the entry into force of the LJCA and the solutions that the courts have been established in order to respond to effective judicial protection.
