Résumé

Digital Revolution and its associated technologies, such as AI and mass data science, embody a morality - if only because of their enormous transformative power - that must be taken care of (made responsible) by the ways of ethics and law. Ethics and Law are two different but highly interdependent instruments to address the goods and obligations around digitalization and its many opportunities - for example for the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals - and at the same time the enormous challenges to human identity and relations, rights and politics.
