Resumen

Un criterio para valorar la bondad técnica de una estrategia es su coherencia, tanto externa como interna. Para lograrla es preciso un diagnóstico acertado del contexto estratégico, dirección estratégica clara, valoración acertada de las suposiciones, así como líneas de acción coherentes y con equilibrio entre fines, modos y medios.
