Abstract

The pathological processes observed on the skeletal remains coming from the Bronze Age (Argar Culture) site of Fuente Amarga (Galera, Granada) are studied. The mean life expectation and sorne environmental stress markers, like the cribra orbitalia and the enarnel hypoplasia, show a better adaptation to the environment than other modern populations. The more frequent lesions are arthropaties and traumatisms
