Résumé
We present a general study about the only four neolithic skulls with trepanations, found at this day in Eastern Andalusia (Spain). Three were published in detail and there was only one reference about the fourth. They come fram Cueva de Los Molinos (Alhama de Granada), Cueva de la Carigüela (Píñar, Granada), Cueva de los Mármoles (Priego de Córdoba) and Las Majolicas (Alfacar, Granada). The crania belong to male individuals and present survival traces. Two show trauma; one was probably the origin ofthe operation. Finally, there are deliberate defleshing striations on two skulls.
