Resum
An outline of the local geographical factors of one of the most representative areas of the Granada basin, is represented. A mediterranean type climate is modified by the altitude influence and continentality. The morphologic factures express the complexe relations between the Sierra Nevada piedmont, and the Genil Valley. The human and economics aspects are those apropriate to a zone of intense and long-standing population growth, where a traditional agriculture was the main resource. Due to the proximity of Granada, the local agriculture and industry economy tends to become a market economy.
