Abstract
The teaching innovation project "UGR oriented" aims to contribute to improving the employability of the graduates of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Granada. Despite the current difficulties in the labor market, graduation should not be a problem for young graduates, because there are many options open to their employment. Therefore, the objectives of this project are to introduce students in good time all the possibilities that are provided at the end of their studies, reporting on the most effective methods of getting a job commensurate with their training, and guide them on the self-employment opportunities. The instrument to achieve these goals is to design an interconnection network between university students and professionals from both public and private, using operational performance of the teacher as a link.
