Resumen

The profusion of the numbers dos (‘two’) and tres (‘three’) is a detail that usually go unnoticed reading the poems by March, but that is quite remarkable when regarding his work as a whole. These numbers plays a very important role in the development of his love, moral and psychological theory. We base on a global collocational analysis that revealed that dos and tres have a high frequency in the poet’s work. We focus on the concordances of these numbers to determine the substantives they collocate with. Then, we contextualize these combinations in the text, as well as in the thinking of the time. We will present this informa· tion as a collocations list, with comments on their role and the concordances justifying them
