Résumé
To evaluate the efficiency of the dentinal conditioners in the elimination of the smear layer, we bave studied the number of dentinal tubules which are shown per field and the dissolution of the peritubular dentine with computerized analysis of image, using dentinal surjaces obtained by fracture, as the control group. In general, the effectivity is related to the number of tubules which are shown in each field by eliminating the smear layer and not to the dissolving ability of the peritubular dentine since it is very sensitíve even to acids which do not totally eliminate the smear layer.
