Resumen

The objective of this summary is to provide an insight and remark the experience carried out as part of the programme 'Intergenerational Education', whose participants were students from both the open formation adult school and the School of Education of the University of Granada. This programme is part of a greater project on educational innovation-'Buenas prácticas docentes e innovación en el marco de la Educación Intergeneracional: diseño de un plan de formación y colaboración entre el Aula Permanente de Formación Abierta y los estudiantes de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad de Granada' (13-150), certified by ANECA for the academic years 2013 to 2015. The results of creating spaces for thought and exchange between young people and the elderly have proved the necessity and validity of this project. The exchange of viewpoints and dialogues between the two generations laid the foundations of this project. Not only was the active participation of the elderly enhanced, but also a set of values and forms of behaviour were presented to the youth. Behavioural models that undoubtedly facilitate the link of the young people to the context in which they participate. Another objective of this seminary is to provide common spaces that enhance work, through strategies of collaboration and exchange. As well as with developing new concepts that promote a deeper knowledge of each other, and new ways of participation between students from our university and those from the open formation adult school.
