Abstract
The EU parliaments address in an unequal way the implementation of new religious movements in their territories. While all national Constitutions recognize the fundamental right of religious freedom, there are debates about whether to set limits for organizations, presenting as religious association, take unconstitutional activities. In this article we propose three countries models in the EU which depend on the measures that have adopted about the introduction of new religious movements on their territory: the interventionist, the research/disclosure and the non interventionist.
