Expresión gráfica del paisaje contemporáneo de las islas del Guadalquivir: análisis arquitectónico y propuestas de comunicación

Abstract

This is a work about the graphic expression of the landscape from an architectural point of view. Based on the convicion that the graphic expression qualifi es the landscape, this work develops an analysis about its current use in the local, regional, nacional and European context. Subsequently, the research focuses on a specifi c location: Islas del Guadalquivir (Seville) in order to approach the area from its architecture as well as to analyse diff erent gazes at its landscape from the photography, paintng, drawing, fi lmography, cartography and actions. Finally, a variety of proposals for graphic communication is presented about the landscape on these Islands aimed at contribuing with fresh ideas for its further development.
