Resumo

In this work are exposed the results regarding social skills and teamwork of the students, after a first application of a model proposed for teaching-learning collaborative and distributed. A controlled experiment was conducted, which took place in the university environment and where the subjects were students in advanced degree programs in Computer Science from four public universities in Latin America. The application of the model, facilitated collaboration among universities geographically dispersed and, in addition to providing a methodology for teaching and learning topics related to the evaluation of the usability of interfaces, information was collected relating to the development of students job skills in teams by participating from that experience. To measure the impact of the model in so-called "soft skills" of students, we used a questionnaire as a tool.
