Resumen

Our study aims to identify and quantitatively and qualitatively evaluate how it hasbeen, how it is and what the future is of women archaeologists in the Region ofMurcia. This overview encompasses the university and professional spheres and looks at a public and private level. It takes into account the specific problems of workenvironments and analyzes to what extent they may have affected women archaeologists.At the same time, the main limitations and problems detected in relation tothe sources used and the type of information collected for this research have beenidentified.
