Calidad del evento: intención de volver a participar en una carrera popular

Zusammenfassung

Esta investigación pretende observar la relación entre la calidad, funcional y central, el valor y la satisfacción con la intención de volver a participar en una carrera popular, observando las posibles diferencias en función del género. De forma aleatoria y autoadministrada, se pasó un cuestionario a un total de 866 participantes en una carrera popular de 21 km en la ciudad de Granada. Se realizó un análisis factorial confirmatorio del modelo y un análisis multigrupo. Los resultados del presente estudio indicaron que la calidad central es precursora del valor y la satisfacción, sin existir diferencias en función del género, al igual que la calidad funcional. El valor es un predecesor de la satisfacción, sin aparecer diferencias en función del género. La calidad central y la intención de volver a participar no han reflejado una relación directa, al contrario que la calidad funcional, que por su parte es un antecedente de la intención de volver a participar, sin haber distinción de género. El valor no presenta una relación directa con la intención de volver a participar, pero sí indirecta a través de la satisfacción, pues esta es antecedente directo de volver a participar, sin diferencia entre géneros. Los aspectos valorados en este estudio han de ser conocidos por las personas organizadoras de eventos deportivos para aplicar estas variables sociodemográficas a la hora de organizar cualquier evento o decidir cuál sería el evento más recomendable para su ciudad
