Abstract
This work seeks to apply constitutional interpretation techniques that are common heritage Europe, to the European constitutional law. They seek to guarantee democracy and a good-quality constitutional interpretation. So, it studies preconditions (as ideology or constitutional theories) of interpretation, techniques that can be applied at the time of interpreting (as the balancing test, the topical method, the fifth method or principles of interpretation constitutional), limits of interpretation (as the constitutional text, the rule of equity or constitutionalism) and the special rules of interpretation of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.
